Late Delivery Compensation: Customers may claim compensation based on the initial deadline and delay time, except if the delay is customer-caused (e.g., late payment or response).

Quality Issues: Compensation for quality concerns requires validation by the Quality Assurance Team based on documented feedback. No refunds are available for poor grades; drafts are for reference only. Turnitin report required for plagiarism claims.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 10 days after confirmation; only original payment methods are used.
• Bank fees or delays are the customer’s responsibility.
